10,000 V Gray screwdriver

Hi, Found this used gray flip type screwdriver that says-10,000 V made in W Germany on one side and blank on the other. Look like a common black Felo flip other than the markings. Handle 90mm long, shaft is almost 140mm long. Is this just another German flip screwdriver or did it come from some bike or car tool kit? Was wondering if someone can share some info on this used find. ]Thanks in advance KTF Daryl 63 super 90

I have a couple gray ones, some black and red.
Used to hit local Pick A Part, Help Your Self, Ecology junkyards.
Also acquired about 50 German wrenches.
They come in Volvo tool kits and Mercedes.
