Porsche "Coins" from the 1960's

#1 Post by Charles Wilfong »

My father got 2 coins from Porsche in 1965 and 66. The 65 one has the Carrera GTS on the front and German on the
back. The 66 has the "new" body with 911/912 under it. Can anybody tell me what they were for, are they worth anything,
and would anyone want them? I thank you for any help and info.

These are the "Calendar Coins", that came with the Yearly Calandars

You can see some here:

Normally they sell for under $100, they are collected though.

Adam, Thanks for the help and info. Think I will just keep them for now.

Were the Calendar coins ever produced in the 50's era?
