help id.ing a racing wheel

i recently acquired a 15x12 center lock racing wheel to use as wall art .. i googled the id # but i didn't get any hits .. i was hoping someone can id it. tThis way i can search for the correct center lock and speak somewhat intelligently , when ask about it..The # appears to be 911.361.045.04..

Ned,
A shot from the back side would show us the drive arrangements; they vary and it might make the ID easier.
