Re: Coatesville Vintage Grand Prix TOMORROW!

Well, did I overstate the buildup for this event? I think not. I may post a few action shots but my equipment was not so good for that.

Can't count the number of times wife and I have been in Calistoga and never noticed his wine shop. But then, there isn't any lack of them.
The track is about the longest half-mile I've ever seen; I think they measured it 10' inside the rail.

Thanks CJ, the Red Fiat ABARTH has been a heart throb of mine for years. They have been appreciating more than my need to have one.

DARN !!! ................................Jim.

Cliff--There was no slapping around. My car is bone stock and poorly driven. Chris

Chris is a serious 356 guy with maybe not quite as much free time to do everything he would want to do. It was great to see him disappear in the distance in front of me. I am glad he took the time off from restoring his neat farmhouse.

Jim, did you like the video? And you thought I was exaggerating!

CJ. It was wonderful. This would never happen in CA. The fans would consist of lawyers looking for work. BTW Chris' dad David, was a good friend of mine back in the 60s. We always hooked up at Watkens Glen. I did some racing there (Always last). Have you heard from David ???
