Where can I get some bracket for spotlights?

Some numpty while reserving my car out the garage managed to pull of the front bumper. Which actually was fibreglass so didn't damage the car but ripped the front bumper on of the bracket. I decided to removed both bumpers and bought some marchal spot lights to fill the holes at the front. A bit like these
I want the end product to look like this (blue car on the right) so I'm looking for a bracket which will fit in where the bumper brackets but have a spot light on the front. PRS have the ones that fit onto the bumper bracket but not the take I need. Someone had agreed to make some for me but they aren't returning my emails so any ideas on where I can get these brackets from?
