Geez! I couldn't find them in the parts manual..maybe Porsche had a secret menu like In & Out Burger?! The car would be an interesting project.

Re water cooled brakes, you wont find them in the parts manual as they were aftermarket, as far as I can ascertain yhey were made by "Der elves in der voods"

It looks to be a coupe that someone cut the roof away to convert it to a unique attempt to make it look like an open car.
Very surprising that this has received bids this high as this will need major work to find and purchase a top and put it back on again.

My guess would be whoever was bidding on this car didn't fully understand that it wasn't a cab.

I agree. I think the "missing hardtop" part of the description doesn't quite capture the notion that it was a cobbled up coupe/cab attempt at a conversion.
