Well somebody got $440k for a rusty Speedster in January so I guess so. Even if I had a large pot of $$$ I don't know if I could pull the trigger at $1.9M for that pile.

The $440K speedster was NOT rusty. It had some typical under the floor mats rust from water getting in, but the rest was solid. Yes, I did look at it. For three days.

My mistake. I had a look at it but didn't get that close. Somebody here reported it had holes in the floors. Either way its big money but somebody had to have it

That Saoutchik Talbo Lago T26 was one of the most beautiful cars ever made. It will take another million or so to put it right, but there are a few restoration shops that can do this, and I'm sure will.



Though I have a soft spot for the Oblin version.
