Goodie Store Has to Move...................

It appears that my landlord has decided to sell the house I am living in.
So the goodie Store and I are looking for a place to live.

I prefer to stay in the Monterey/Pacific Grove area, but am open to suggestions.
I need:
2 bedrooms
living room
dining room
kitchen
bath
large single or double car garage or equal sized storage shed
I have a cat

Am looking to rent and am on a budget.
If anyone knows anything available, please let me know.
Oh and I will be gone until Feb 4, 2015
