I'd take a short walk two doors down to that sports bar next to his shop. Not that I don't trust Jack, but certain things I prefer not to watch. 8)

Haha, that's Mulligan's. I recommend the fish tacos, they’re surprisingly delicious.

Meet Frank and his 59 sunroof coupe. Originally silver but repainted blue (kinda a cross between Atena and Sky Blue). A lot of lead in all the original places is coming through, which I think adds to the overall charm of the car. Frank’s had this car for decades and it’s been waiting to be brought back from garage status to driver status for a little over 20 years. Raising 2 kids, working full time, other projects, etc. you guys know the drill. Anyway, Jack’s been working on getting this car up and going and yesterday it did it’s first run around the block.

Frank is stoked! Jack’s pretty happy too.

Matt brought his 52 interim bumper Coupe in for some routine service work. Jack thought people might like to see some more details of this old car. Btw, if anyone is holding a rusty crusty barnacle covered bumper guard we’d like to compare it against the one that Matt has for originality.

Here’s a picture of Craig’s Pre A Speedster in San Clemente in what is known as the Pier Bowl.

I think the cars are talking to each other again. 2 white 912’s showed up, unplanned. (I hope the pics post rightside up, not rotated 90 degrees). Webmaster - Can you please help if they don’t post correctly?

Marco’s doing his own engine disassembly at the shop, under Jack’s direction. Friday afternoons are the best time to stop by if anyone’s local or just happens to be in the area. Cold beverages and lots of Porsche talk.

Jack put a 5 1/2” set of the new Empi wheels on an A Coupe last week. Original studs are 37mm, he needed 5 more millimeters so he bought the next size up (45mm) Porsche p/n: 90434167100 superseded by p/n: 99333167101.

Today Jack was testing a generator armature with his old school Growler tool. The armature did not pass (short in the windings). He had me hold the hacksaw blade and feel the difference in vibration when a short circuit was detected versus not. Totally analog. Totally cool!

I've got one of those books. My garage is packed, been trying to get rid of stuff. I'll give you the book next time I head down towards S C or Jack if he wants it.
Was trying to sell it on craigslist for months for $10. I don't like throwing good stuff away. Mine is 1960.

I don’t have a YouTube account, so I hope this works. Here’s a link to a 4 minute video from the annual 356th day of the year Christmas party. Enjoy.
