Sudoku

#1 Post by Barry Wolk »

My wife has been hooked for years. I didn't understand the fascination. Now I'm hooked. How many of you do it?

Every single day. My wife, too.
The daily puzzles in the L.A. Times get progressively harder each day of the week.
Any time I can solve the Friday Sudoku, I feel pretty smart. Then, on a simple Monday puzzle, I'll screw up.
Good fun.

Guys, I don't do it. Don't even understand it. However, I have a co-worker who is hooked.

It always reminds me of the comcast commercial with the turtles, the Slowski's. Here's a link to the soduko maniac commercial.....

How long did it take you?

About 20 mins, I have been doing them for years though.

It used to take couple of hours on a hard one.

You get to learn all the tricks.

Honing one's logic skills helps a lot, too. Puzzles that I struggled with before are becoming easier.

The brain stimulation is supposed to be good for you.
