Ah ..... the French Fake/Replica/Clone 356 that runs on CNG. One forward gear, four reverse, has little white pop up flags and a loudspeaker that announces a surrender in five different spoken languages, signs for the hearing impaired are an option....%^B....

Not so new, the PGO has been around for awhile and is licensed by Porsche AG.
Fake ? More like the new Beetle, an improved version of the old iteration.
Two versions available and with gas power.

Hope they import them. I'd be in line for one, but not likely as they don't meet US DOT standards. So many other great cars available in Europe.

My understanding is that PGO is not interested in exporting the cars to the U.S.
Meeting DOT requirements would be too expensive relative to the number of cars they'd expect to sell here.
It's an attractive design, though. Porsche should be doing something like this themselves.
Porsche almost put these guys out-of-business a couple of years ago when they sued them and won.
