Dear Carl, that Helen is one lucky lady. She helped me get my Coco Mats for my car, and to own 3 Porsches, all I can say is WOW!
Thanks,
Shane

Jim's photo is not simply a posed shot...the fellow pictured was the oldest known Porsche buyer at that time, ( 1962). I believe he was in his upper eighties. The young lady beside him was his siser.

I have no idea if you are pulling our leg or not? Funny photograph.
Thanks

i have a very understanding husband whos very tolerant of my obsession.
Oh, I see how it is young lady, you have 5 Porsches not 3! I am doing everything I can get my first one done, like I said, you are one of the nicest ladies I know and very fortunate as well, which I feel is well deserved from my point of view. Next time you see your husband, I would give him an extra good hug for taking such good care of you and your obsession. Wishing you all the best from across the pond, your friend,
Shane

Jim's picture of the old couple is my favorite! It just proves one should never give up his (or her) dream to own one of these cars. I wonder who was dragged to the dealership? This is why we still have barn finds.

Charlie: Not sure where it came from.... just one of many 356 photos stored on my computer. I like the title someone gave it of "German Gothic". (Just noticed that the old guy looks like he has a rake growing out of the top of his head)
Maybe we should start a new splinter group and call it ... POG (Pathetic Old Geezers) and she could be our Poster Girl...

Not a Porsche, Shane, but a Lola T70 Mk3B of Teddy Pilette, 1970 Le Mans 24 hours. Nice girl, though.
Dear Jon, what an idiot I am, well I guess I could not get by the photograph of the girl, thanks for clarifying, she can still stay can't she? Appreciate the history lesson, I have much to learn, but I am trying. Have a great evening and thanks for setting the record straight not only about the car but about the dame.
Thanks,
Shane
PS: Never heard of a Lola before, I have some research to do.
