The overall winner of the Australian 356 Registry weekend in 2013 was Aquamarine Blue with a red interior.

Looked superb, and is one of those colours that changes with the light; took some with cloud cover and then some with the sun fully out and you could definitely see the difference!

Attached is the 57 A coupe, in full sun.

Hoping my 59 A coupe will look just as good when she's finally finished!!!

Porsche wouldn't send me a COA ,but someone across the Ocean said they had access to the cardexs. It reads : color: maron his comment was that he never heard of it. we matched current color to panels under interior. the lower pictures are from about 1972 the other one on Ferry's birthday 2014.

[quote="Steve Vogel"]Here are a few shots of my '56 Aquamarine blue METALLIC, emphasized because it is different from the later non-metallic color. Gorgeous color, this is original paint.

searching for Steve...

Steve, I just came across your post below when I was screening the net for original paint aquamarine cars. I own coupe #55541 which is just a few weeks of production from yours and was actually delivered in the exact same color combo as yours. I am considering restoring my car from current non-original white over black to original aquamarine over grey and was wondering about several interior details such as color of carpet, carpet seams, dashboard cover, knobs. Also, do you have the perforated or the wool material installed? There may be several more questions I can't think of at the moment but may pop up. Could I ask you to send me some photos showing these details, please?

Cheers
Robert

My '58 coupe in Fjord Green. It has been repainted about 25 years ago. I sent the glove box door to BASF for a color match and I can't tell the difference. It is a color that looks very different in different kinds of light. Bluer in darkness, like a garage, and greener in bright sunlight. Not many around.

Hi Glen,

A friend of mine is finishing a C sunroof in Dolphin Grey. Is this what you mean? If so I'll post some pics.

My T5 was originally condor yellow, No. 6010. It must be rare as I have yet to see a picture featuring a car
in that color. Anyone have a picture of one?
