Where does this go?!
Three more questions for the group.
1. Are these sunroof cables trash or usable?
2. What holds this vent up/to the body?
3. Where does this pipe/tube go?
Thanks!

Looks like a washer fluid container strap/fuse box cover strap for C cars.Jason Lindquist wrote:Is this a battery strap or washer fluid bottle strap? Thanks!

Thanks Dave. Any idea on the pipe/tube in the prior pics?

The pipe/tube is the fuel tank vent. It's now in place. Getting closer!

Re: Where does this go?!
1. No sunroof part is ever trash as someone will always want it as a mold/template 2. airbox for front cowl is held in place by 2 L shaped brackets. See here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31084&hilit=airbox&start=15 And Wm Webster in Mississippi had some nice gaskets for the sealing of the airbox. Unsure if he still has any.

Re: Where does this go?!
Jason and Dave,
No; it's the strap to hold the battery down (in the battery box) on the C series.
The strap to retain the fuse box cover and washer reservoir in place has rounded end-tips; NOT open hooks.

Getting closer on the car. Just a few more questions.
1. Is there supposed to be some foam laid down before the carpet goes in?

Re: Where does this go?!
No padding under my carpet, just sound deadening. The two pieces go in the pockets for the speakers. By the way, the rubber strap is a B battery hold down. The ones for C's are similar but have a tab on them. The straps for the windshield washer reservoir and fuse block cover are bent into a single hook.

And the piece above the speaker pocket sound deadening looks like it may be the covering for the rear hump between the rear seats.

Re: Where does this go?!
Thanks Doug and Mike! Does the covering between the rear seats go long side front to back or long side to side? Thanks again!

Re: Where does this go?!
The piece above the speaker pocket sound deadening may be the sound deadening that fits inside the tunnel access cover. It can be checked for fit inside the cover.
