July and the '63 is running

#1 Post by Tammy Dorwart »

I haven't seen the Green Queen since March. The last time she ran was 1982 when we were brutally taken out in our major rear end accident. I just had an amazing visit with her today at the shop where she's roaring again. So...It's time to get the upholstery and carpet ordered and take out a third mortgage. Shop guys will be test driving her through the neighborhood without any glass and probably sitting on a 5 gallon bucket. So much fun to see this car working it's way back to life. Rock on!!!

This is Ruby - my 1963 C --- on one of our many trips together -- this one in Yosemite.

That's a lovely shot, wish I could get my car back over there and take pictures like that.

Fantastic car and picture! I'm looking forward to driving the B car again soon. Some nice mountain drives and just visiting with my local 356 Zia chapter of PCA will be a treat.
