As I did not remove these I need help to figure out where the headliner clips are installed. It says there are 16 needed for the coupe.

I read through the shop manual and Jim Kellogg's book and it just mentions to install them. Does not mentions any more specifics.
Thanks

I used them but am unsure if they are really that helpful. 2 above each window, four front and rear windscreens all are on the top of course. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=32130&hilit=headliner+clips

Doug,
Sounds like the clips are just there to make sure the glue does not let go. Also, Kellogg does not mention the muslin. Can you help me understand the use and location of this? Is it just to smooth out the door pillars?

Smoothes out things a little and I think provides better substrate for gluing to than bare metal. Since it is porous I think the headliner adheres to it better than bare metal.
