Would like to get mine operating properly. Car is 6V but cigarette lighter element is 12V (tight wrapping of resistive wire). Hence lighter does not get hot. Anyone know of a supplier for 6V element?

I have a 12 volt (converted) 356C still with its (unused) 6 volt cigarette lighter -- would be delighted to trade. Would be handy if you had listed an e-mail address.
