General thank you and update to list from David Jones

Just a short note to all the folks who E-mailed their well wishes to let you know that I am hoping for recovery to a near normal state of health over the next few months. The recap is that I suffered about 90% lung failure after serious side effects from chemotherapy and just came out of ICU here in Lexington after a near death experience. Hopefully my mind will still function at a level where I can still comprehend the finer operating points of the 356 and continue to contribute to the list.
