I hope you can manage to keep the car and enjoy it for a year, and then sell it. You deserve that.

Martin, it looks like it's a done deal, but I'm already eyeing my next project, which is much more crazy than the Spoodster, insane even!

I'd have a guess at a 914 made to look like a 904gts?

When we were down at the ECH I think I saw Adam driving one of the 50 914s coming the other way on the Dragon. Where the hell did all those 914s come from anyway? I thought I was hallucinating!

Is the 914 going to be the next 356 after all? (not for me)

One of the downfalls of selling cars all over the world is you rarely get to meet the person you sold it to. Such was the case with my friend Rafik that bought Da Spoodster. But as luck would have it he stopped by Unobtanium HQ this afternoon, we gave him the grand tour and it was great to put a face to a name. Can't wait to see the car on the street or track!

A final chapter to the story of Da Spoodster, my son Max got a wooden stock car for Christmas, one of those build your own cars. He surprised me and said he wanted to paint it like my long lost car since he knows I miss it.
Thanks son, you made my day!

I love updates. Rafik said he is putting the car in the shop to do some metal work. It's nice to see the car is holding it's shape well after 5 years.
