I am sure Simon Bowery's coupe is Fish Silver Grey.

Hello Friends,
my blue Lady has a new member in the garage.
Actually i am reassembling my `65 911.
I know its not a "real old Porsche", but aircooled as well.
Attached are a few pictures.
Happy new year, Frank

Very cool Frank. My father had a red '66 911 just like that back in the late '60s and early '70s. I"m sure it will turn out as beautiful as your 1300 Cabriolet.

Nice early 911 Frank!!, getting quite a nice little stable there 8)
I look forward to seeing your progress with it, are you restoring it to standard or do you have something different in mind?.
Best regards,
Peter

How did I miss this thread??? Beautiful job!
This iinspires me to get back to work on my 54 cab, which has been languishing in the garage waiting for me. Time to get back to work!

Thanks Friends.
I made it back to the early colors, as the COA confirmed.
Signalrot 6407 and brown interieur with "Pepita" white/back/brown.

Frank, your car is absolutely gorgeous! Can you share how to get this version of Adria Blue Metallic? Is yours the same as the car below, difference in lighting?

Thanks Shawn! Its nearly the same, i think mine is a shade darker. But it can be the lighting in the studio.
I tried many things to get the colorcode.
Glasurit / Germany and John Willhoits paint example matches my old original paint in the doors.
Have a nice weekend, Frank

Thank you Frank, appreciate it. After doing a lot more research, it turns out that the color in the picture above is Aquamarine Blue Metallic, 5706. I will be painting an 80 Coupe this color, duplicating the 356 scheme using an ivory headliner, same material for pillars, and a deep red interior that I'll have Tony Garcia do this winter.
Your build is certainly an inspiration!
