Good idea on starting this thread. It's a great way to aggregate period pics that people can use to pick up details and ideas on how cars were originally set up and/or for race setups. The early 911S Registry site has an old photo thread that is pushing 70 pages, very good reference material.

Some great photos so far, keep 'em coming!

The following were taken around 1960.

This one is a factory photo - one of the few in colour

356A coupe taken in the main street of a small New Zealand town in the early 60's. This car belonged to Ronnie Butler who was a previous owner in New Zealand of the 59 RHD Carrera GT currently for sale at Symbolic Motors.
