Not 356 related, Harley Davidson inspection enq

Sorry for the non 356 related question, is there anyone around that would be able to check out an old HD chopper for me in Tuscon Ariz? You'd need to know a little but don't need to be an expert. I'm more concerned to see it actually exists and that the dude selling it is for real. I'd be happy to pay a reasonable fee, as I'm in Australia and obviously can't get there to do it myself.
