TYP356ne Tech Session, Kingston, Rhode Island - Mar 28 2009

#1 Post by Bill Sooter »

There are two companies in the United States that provide wiring harnesses for classic cars, and one is located in West Kingston, RI. From the early 1970’s, Travis Pease has been providing correct harnesses for antique automobiles.

RI Wiring Service harnesses come with a factory schematic, and full instructions with each separate wire set you buy. On the tour, you will see how Travis builds harnesses to better than original specifications and labels each wire so installation will be as professional as possible.

You can obtain directions and view the harnesses that they have built in the past at: http://www.riwire.com/

Rhode Island Wiring Service Inc.
567 Liberty Lane, PO Box 434
West Kingston, RI 02892

The session will start at 10:00 a.m. and last for a few hours.

For those who want to join us for lunch afterwards, we will travel to Mews Tavern, 456 Main Street, Wakefield, RI (401) 783-9370. Mews is known for over 100 different beers, so we can stay for weeks.

Let me know by Wednesday, March 25, 2009 - 8:00 p.m. if you intend to go. Tom tbgentz@cox.net
