This is an event that's getting better & better every year. It's one of the reasons compelling enough for me to visit Southern California twice a year for a long weekend, the other being the LA Literature show in March. Congratulations to Jeff Trask & company who have done and obviously continue to do stellar yeoman's duty in staging and managing this Concours. The selection of cars for this year's event was exceptional, much heavier 911 content than on previous occasions and the rains held off most of the day.

Most enjoyable.

Enjoy the attached photos.........

FWIW, The red America Roadster, the white 911 R ( Ser. # 017 ) and the 904 are all part of the Ingram Collection.

John,

I'm with you on the Dana Point Gathering. We travel down from Utah a couple of days before, and linger a day after to enjoy this great show. It offers a bit of everything as far as detailing and restoration, plus always a surprise or 2. The Marriott on the plateau overlooking Dana marina is a great place to stay as well. There was a noticeable increase in early 911's this year, which reflects recent market trends. Great pics of the event!
Along this line, the West Coast Holliday in October should be great in Santa Fe.

Rob
