356 Drive and picnic/ mini-swap meet Sept 22 .
Drive starts at Oakridge shopping center roof top parking lot meet at Elevator sign on the roof top parking lot at 9:30 am, drive leaves at 10:00 am going out to UBC., on 49th Ave to sw Marine Drive down to Spanish Banks for photo opp, then head east to Alma St. Turn left on Alma st towards Cornwall right on Cornwall pass Kits Beach over the
Burrard St bridge at end of bridge go right on Pacific Ave.through Yaletown keep on going pass BC place stadium right on Quebec St to Broadway turn left onto Broadway going east to Victoria Drive make a right on Victoria go pass Trout Lake Community center make a left onto 19th Ave go to towards end of the park to see parking lot and the 356 Picnic area. Please bring your picnic lunch, blanket or chairs, any parts or pictures of 356 items that you want to sell and your want list , and any 356 for sale with detailed info and contact info for the car. Picnic will start at 11:30 am , there will be a Farmers market and crafts fair beside the Community Center that day.
There will be a few draw prizes for 356 owners who are driving their 356 to the picnic.
All 356 Fans and Porsches welcome , looking for early Porsche 911's and 912's .
Main theme is to get 356 owners/fans to meet other 356 owners/fans and to remember the good Dr. Ferdinand Porsche 's Birthday Sept 19th.
