To Third Coast 356 Oktoberfest Registrants:

After sending in your completed Third Coast 356 Oktoberfest registration form
( http://www.viewdocsonline.com/document/2pzgya ), you have a number of
choices for lodging accommodations. The first two (2) options listed below
are recommended. However, participants may elect to stay at any location of
their choosing.

1. HOST MOTEL: Gull Lake Inn

The host motel for the Third Coast 356 Oktoberfest is the Gull Lake Inn.
Their website:

http://gulllakeinn.com/Welcome.html

Phone number: (269) 731-4131. Identify yourself as Third Coast 356
Oktoberfest participant.

The Gull Lake inn will be the official point of event registration and the
site of the three evening Biergarten events, the Saturday evening catered
Oktoberfest meal and the Sunday swap meet. All of the Gull Lake Inn rooms
have been blocked for the evenings of October 4 through October 6, 2012 at a
rate of $99 (standard rooms, 2 persons). There are also a few suites and
group rooms, additional information at this site:

http://gulllakeinn.com/Lodging_Info.html

2. NEARBY OVERFLOW LODGING: Yarrow Golf & Conference Resort

If we reach our limit of 56 registrants and 56 co-registrants, the Gull Lake
Inn will not be able to accommodate all of us. So, an "overflow" property
has been identified. Less that seven (7) miles away from the host motel is
the Yarrow Golf & Conference Resort. They are holding fifteen (15) rooms
for us at a special rate of $99 (2 persons). Their website
is http://yarrowgolf.com/ .

Phone number: (800) 563-4397

3. OTHER OPTIONS: Many Choices on East Side of Kalamazoo

About thirteen (13) miles from the host Motel, there are many lodging
options near exit 78 of I-94 on the east side of Kalamazoo (the Sprinkle
Road exit). A number of them are listed here:

Clarion Hotel

Best Western Hospitality Inn

Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo East

Fairfield Inn Kalamazoo East

Quality inn

Econo Lodge

4. "5 STAR" OPTION: Downtown Kalamazoo Radisson

If your preference is for an award winning hotel (and budget permits), the Radisson Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo (about 20 minutes from host hotel) should fit the bill:
