This is the 18th Annual

Porsche Campout And Swap Meet. It is fun for the whole family.

Porsche's

Drive, push, drag, or tow it. If you have a Porsche there is no excuse for not showing up to the most fun and relaxed event of the year. There will be peoples choice awards with various classes.

Camping

Everyone is encouraged to pull out their tents and sleeping bags. There will be peoples choice awards for the best campsites, so get creative and have fun. If you don’t like to rough it, there are hotels within minutes.

Activities

If you like to eat, look at cars, listen to music, tell stories, camp, look at old race photos, play games, party, pet animals, buy/sell parts, sit around the campfire, roast marshmallows, or just relax, then you won’t be disappointed

Swap Meet

The swap meet is Porsche and VW. It has been our experience that VW guys often have allot of Porsche parts also.

Rod & Gary, Tom and I are truely sorry that we will not be able to attend the 18th Campout, we enjoyed are first and now only Campout. I just finished putting a rebuilt engine in the Speedster and had hopes of us driving it to this years Campout but family obligation prevent us from attending, but if by some chance I can get back to Oregon in time for the campout I'll let you know. Other wise Tom and I will make plans to drive up later this summer to see the both of you. I totally understand Gary's decission to end the Campouts but I truely will miss it. Hope fully Rod or someone will start one up again in the near future. It was truely a very enjoyable event and way to meet some really great folks. Hope you all have a great summer and that all goes well and the weather is great for the final Campout. George

Pete McNulty and I are heading north from the LA area on Wednesday June 20th. We'll be stopping in Red Bluff for dinner and to spend the night. Off early Thursday and into McMinville by just after lunch. If anyone wants to join in along the way, please do! Maybe we can get a convoy going up the coast!
