Does anyone have pictures of the 6 cylinder Outlaw
My mom told me there was a really well done 6-cylinder outlaw at North Meets South. However, her camera battery died shortly after arriving at the show so she was unable to take any pics for me.

If the first two photos in the album are of the car she saw, I can provide more.

I'm thinking “oversteer.”
Here's an engine compartment shot of that car from last year's Dana Point show.
Like the script on the under-edge of the engine lid — Outlaw.

Yes, that sounds like the car they were speaking about and more pics would be appreciated. Does anyone know any of the specs/history of the car?

I know a lot about the specs/history of the car. I am it's second owner and have owned it for 29-years.ken weidmann wrote:Yes, that sounds like the car they were speaking about and more pics would be appreciated. Does anyone know any of the specs/history of the car?
It was the last 356 Porsche Road and Track tested for its 1965 annual publication.
Engine is slightly modified '79 3.3 liter 930 turbo motor. Trans is close ratio 930 4-speed.
Custom formed trailing arms, coil over shock suspension.
Air conditioned for comfort.
300-RWHP. Somewhere beyond fun to drive.
Link to some conversion/WIP/finished photos of the car:

Lots of pics
Here be my pics:
The Drive down
Hwy 25 is a very fun road! Here's the Cayman working it through the hills
Friday Cruise
Behind Chris Toy in his ridiculous 930 powered a coupe.
Traffic changed up a bit and I followed this gentleman in his C cab
On the cruise, we stopped in Cambria and I spotted this Mystery Machine parked there. Bet'cha can't guess what it is?
From the show on Saturday.
A Ferrari 365 GTB4 graced us with its presence.
I loved the stance of this coupe. The Fuchs really set it off.
Chris's bling bling vroom vroom turbo motor, WOW!
Tom's Continental Coupe. Won Best of Show and this was its debut. This car was gorgeous. you see it on the street and something strange happens, your heart melts a little, and you want to lick it at the same time.
A GT with fender flares.
This is approximately the color combination ours will be. Aetna Blue with red interior and oatmeal carpets.
I really like the bumper deco without the bumperettes and with the rubber trim. I think the GT deco will be too expensive and hard to make correctly and I think the rubber trim line actually looks better. I'll push to use this on the blue car.
Jim Liberty's awesome EFI's coupe, drool! I took lots of engine pictures to steal all his great ideas. Jim, if you read this it was great meeting you and thanks for all the knowledge!
