Hella headlight glass for 1953 july

Hello
i am restoring the headlights of coupe #50580 july 1953. Which Hella glas is correct ? Thank you for your help
i am also looking for one chrome ring like the one in the picture

The bucket is for a U.S.-specification, sealed beam headlight assembly, so neither lens is correct.

Since this bucket is date-coded for the 7th week in 1953 (07L), it likely was assembled with the super-rare "wavy" lens (see p. 57 of the March-April 2020 356 Registry magazine). This lens is nearly impossible to find, in any condition. The clear, 60370-1, small logo lens, used between ~late 1953 (lights date-coded 38L) and early 1956, is available as a reproduction.

Of the two fluted lenses pictured, the upper lens is believed to be pre-1955, as it is missing the "A" and "NL" markings. The bottom lens is likely 1959-60 or later, assuming it is symmetric, as it has the part number (21334) on the face.

The chrome rim, with the single rivet and Hella logo, is correct through mid-1954.
