An Excellent Early (1955) 356 & Spyder Home Movie In Color

#1 Post by Jeff Trevillyan »

I was stumbling around on Youtube, looking for anything Pre-A,
and came across this. If you haven't already seen it, take 5 minutes
out of your day to check it out. It is almost HD quality for the time period.

Thanks for posting, Jeff. Large hood handles on some of the coupes, so 1955. And the Spyder is also a 1955.

That Speedster with wide white walls, wire wheels, and a white tonneau- my least favorite car in the movie. Good features for a Buick!

Precious film. I suppose you had your choice between schnapps or cognac?

Jeff, I'm never choosy when someone is handing me something to drink after a long, dusty trail.

Yes, thought it was Merano but didn't know which one.
Notice that Ferry is great everyone when they arrive and Huschke von Hanstein is there too.
A bit different to the Treffens now.

What a great film.
