Product Upgrade

Feedback is always appreciated:
A long-standing customer moved a Pre Mat Full Flow Filter to a new engine and the O-rings used on the return Elbow had become 'stiff'; not reusable. We'll attribute that to thermal loads, since the Buna N compounds in those O-rings are proof against petroleum chem degradation.
While there was no suggestion that the loss of elasticity did cause damage, I can imagine how it might. Henceforth, the O-rings for the Elbows on both the Pre Mat Full Flow and the Pre Mat Remote products are of Viton compound; far more tolerant of thermal loads. The cost difference is accepted by Pre Mat; no increase in parts prices.
Appreciate all comments; it's the only way we know to offer a better product.
(BTW, the 'advisor' got some new O-rings, but we only charged him $0.00, plus $0.00 shipping)
