Mike,
I'm really glad that I sold my original Factory nose piece a few years ago because you're version looks every bit as good and a lot less expensive. Great job! KTF

sell all your green parts, they are going to be devalued. We are working on a complete speedster chassis and outer body and should have it completed hopefully in 2 years. you will be able to drive a complete speedster replica made out of american steel. part your real/authentic/original speedster and drive the replica like you stole it. We have numerous parts done already but we are tweaking some of the tooling to make them more close to original, and so we have good repeatability when assembling the chassis and body.

Amazing Mike. Look forward to receiving my T1 nose from you so that we can continue the work on my '56 coupe

So, this part shows in Restoration design as PP197? There is only one version through mid 55
To 59?
Thanks

the T2 version which came out mid to end of 1956 is a different version. the signal light holes/horn grille, were moved upwards slightly, aprox 10 mm I believe. There is another thread which explains and gives dimensions. maybe others can chime in

I saw this nose that Mike had on the chassis at Ski Roundtop last weekend, it looked really really good.

The early T-1 and late pre-A nose is distinctively different not only with regard to the location of the horn grills and orientation of the signal light holes but also the lower profile. We ended up modifying Mike's new T-2 nose to make it a T-1 as there are no accurate early T-1 noses on the markets.
