Beige Mats Now Available

#1 Post by Patrick Hung »

Hello Folks,

It took us quite a long time to tweak the colors from a darker tan (some of you may recall) to a much lighter shade (resembling "oatmeal"), but they're now finally available - we currently have two sets in stock, and can order more immediately.

For those not familiar with our beige mats, these are based on our black mats, retaining all accuracy and material softness, and are made in Italy. We have sold numerous sets of our black mats (ranging from 356 A through C, as well as early 911s) to reputable restoration shops in the U.S, on both coasts.

Please post your questions/comments here, or e-mail us at: velocespace@gmail.com

Thanks!

I will try to provide photos this weekend, but many have seen our mats and other rubber products at the March Swap Meet of past years.

Folks, we apologize for the delay, but here are the photos.

The set includes all mats (black trunk mat as well), retails for $900, and may be ordered via this link to our website:

http://velocespace.com/mm5/merchant.mvc ... =35365000B

The color is a light "oatmeal", and is based on a sample piece from an original set of mats... the exterior of the old mats were blackened/hardened with age, so we made a cut it to show the beautiful color inside, and sent it off to our supplier in Italy. After a few mailings of samples back and forth, we arrived at this shade. The quality of these mats is the same as that of our black mats, in terms of feel and accuracy. Many members here have purchased our black mats, and could probably provide interested parties with feedback if required.

We currently have two sets of these beige mats in stock, but can certainly order more if we sell out. The best way to contact us is via e-mail: velocespace@gmail.com, as we no longer have someone next to the phone at all times.

Thanks for looking.

Patrick,
I know it's not stock, but any chance of these being done for Cs?

Unfortunately, that would be quite unlikely, Roy, as the volume would be too small...

Patrick,
What sort of volume would make it likely?
