So did I, but my brother called dibbs first. It sat for 3-4 years he said he wanted out, I gave him $5000 for it, it still sits, I have three projects in front of it. So he wanted it back, ok, but I get it back if he changes his mind.
It's a cool car, Brumos delivered 65 painted dash 912, it never left FL, one family owned in Tallahassee. Matching #s, toolkit, even has the warranty cards in the glove, it's a cool car.

Being in Vermont, I don't think of Florida cars as being rusty. Did this car spend a while outside? As a painted dash car it worthy of a very nice restoration.
Did you get a kardex for this?

Steve-
I sent you the Kardex a couple of years ago, you should have it.
The rust is ocean rust, topside, a different animal than we are used to here in the NE.

Officially end of an era, the last vehicle left the old shop. It's going on the market next week. So sad.

End of an era, the pink bathroom is gone. We have finally breached the last vestige of un-used space at HQ. I either need to stop buying or start selling faster because the building is now full, the wheelhouse building is full, two tractor trailers are full, and we got a storage space to put useless stuff like hardtops.

Yes, cars in Florida can rust. I live in Neptune Beach, Florida & the salt air breezes and ability to drive on some beaches contribute to rusting. Just an FYI, lol

Where are you going; somewhere close?
Freda, her 96 year old mother and I are driving to Boston to spend Christmas with her daughter Kate.

Bill-
We aren't going anywhere, we are finally moved from the old spot, it only took 5 years.
