Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, but I recall on the 'old site' there was an 'index page' of topics covered under 'Trouble Shooting and Repair' found at ....

Resources...
Articles...
Troubleshooting and Repair ...

Now there seems to be random topic and its first paragraph or so, to show what its about and no index...

There is a search function but that seems to be unpredictable eg: type in "torque" and only one article comes up.
Axle and Flywheel Nut Removal and Reinstallation

Maybe there is only one one article with the word "torque" but I think that unlikely.

Specifically I am looking for the Torque Table that I think once existed, showing torques values of most common nuts/bolts...any guidance appreciated...

ONE way and there are doubtless many, is to use Google's advanced search function

Put the following in the url bar if Google is your primary search engine OR in the search bar at www.google.com.

torque site:www.porsche356registry.org

This example will list pages on the Registry site where the word torque appears. Searching for torque table produced this, which is on the site but may not be what you wanted:

Good luck

That's perfect thank you ... I knew there was a "table" out there...

So now maybe a couple of questions for the Web guys:

Where is the resources article index that used to exist ?
And why does the web site engine seemingly not return complete/correct results

I too am wondering where all of the Troubleshooting and Repair stuff went......

I thought there was a link to it under Resources, but it's not there now.

Any thoughts on this Greg? Can we possibly get it back?

Thanks,
Wes

Thanks James. Sure isn't very intuitive or as easy to use as the old listing. Kind of like reading a whole technical book, looking for one thing in particular. A categorized listing of all the articles would be nice.

Wes

Yeah, not as useful as it was before. There is a search though. Here's list of all the articles from earlier this year.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=36853

A kludge, and a bit of a hassle, but it works OK.
