There are two sides to many issues - frequently more than two. It's as American as apple pie to permit all sides to express their views. Why not invite Mr. Heinrichs to the so-called "open" meeting so that he may present what he hopes to accomplish with his lawsuit in his own words? I have no idea if he would be willing to do this. Like most of us I would hope the matter could be resolved.
