Outlaw Badge/Sticker

Hello. My Outlaw is arriving soon and I was wondering what the etiquette is on the badges and stickers?
Are these only for Emory rides or is this logo owned by anyone whose car is not stock.
If not just for Emory cars, where can you get a sticker?

it is emory only.
people have knocked them off which takes away from the car IMO.

I asked Emory for a badge for my car.... he is no longer giving them out. I will keep pestering him however.
