What are the proper bolts ,nut to attach the upper horn grilles on 1964 356 C?

Two sizes: 5x8 and 5x15mm.

Do you know proper length of bolts, I assume #40 is washer , does not look like #38 is a nut, am I mistaken?

I think the original bolts had 9mm atf wrench heads. The bolts frequently break when trying to disassemble the grills, so if they're still on the car, soak them with penetration oil for a few days.

#38 is a rubber buffer. #40 is a washer, 5.3 mm. I.D.
