New to me

I just brought home a 65C Outlaw. Car was originally Dolphin Grey with Blue interior. Back somewhere around 1980 Richard Beecher Decided to Outlaw the car. Since he never liked the Dolphin Grey he painted it Red,replaced the bumpers with nerf bars, added 6.5 inch mini light wheels. Around 1984 he sold it to another Detroit area member, Bill Demeter who was a racer. This car became his street car for the next 24 years. At one point he blew his race engine and took the engine from this car and put it in his race car. And had Vic Skirmants build him a 1720 912 motor. He also again repainted the car and drove it until 2008 when he sold it to The owner in Pennsylvania that I got it from. He made a vented engine lid from a lid he bought at Hershey swap meet. I just got home from the 10 hour drive and unloaded the car in the rain. More to come when I get a chance to go over the car. Interestingly Richard Beecher has 2 daughters who live 20 minutes from me and when he comes to visit them I will be showing him his old car again. Click on photo and it enlarges upright. Not sure why it shows upside down,1st time that has happened to me.
