Re: Drilled outside door handles
thanks for this thread - i've seen drilled handles on early 911's (way before magnus "invented" them) and i've been thinking about how it would look for a 356, but i doubted anyone had done that before - WRONG!!! as always, if i've thought of it, it's been thought of already - nice to see what drilled handles look like though - cheers, brad in seattle

Re: Drilled outside door handles
I do these all the time on repro handles..
$150 to drill
I can polish and chrome for you as well or do your own.
Or buy this pair already triple chromed for $295.

Re: Drilled outside door handles
When you are trying to break the sound barrier with your A coupe, drilled handles are a must. Also recommend lycra underwear.

Re: Drilled outside door handles
I think the extra air drag of the holes would preclude a serious land speed record attempt.

Wouldn't they whistle too? That might make them good for chasing deer off the road.
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....

Now I'm jealous..They look like they were made in a swiss cheese factory! I love the light weight interior door handle.. Mike
