Hi guys,
Thought I'd post a quick picture of my recently completed 1720 engine for my 63B. It has a Scat crank, 42 solex carbs with velocity stacks, shasta pistons and carillo rods. With the lightened flywheel the throttle response is electric!
The bumperettes are also off the car which really improves the looks. I'm awaiting a set of technomagensio wheels as well. I cannot wait to get it on the road!

I also replaced the steering wheel with a Motalita item. Looks quite good. The tachometer face was updated by Palo Alto to accomodate the new rev range

Hans,

That wire Mesh on the Intake Stacks will cut down the airflow by about 50%

If you care, 100 km = 62.5 miles.

Why don't you install regular filters (i.e KN) over your stacks in order to keep full airflow?
For the look may be?

That’s a lot of carbs for the street?
