I like the look of it on the rear quarter...less expected.

I like the front fender location, where I'd expect to see a Carrera logo. I guess I'm more traditional than I thought... KYF

Front quarter or under the deck lid.
Don't hate me for driving Volkswagens.

So....of the 255 views, I have five replies....
1- for the rear quarter panel....thanks Emil... I kind of like that too....different.
4- for the front fender......traditional....if not offensive...being a outlaw and all.
2- for the deck lid....I like that one.....looks good.
Still am looking forward for more replies.
Thanks guys,
Greg

OK, not to be too harsh and since we've never met in person I hesitated on posting; however since you asked here is what I think... I'd leave it off. Unless you're looking for a conversation starter from someone like "hey, what does Outlaw mean" then I don't think you need it. The car already says it is an outlaw without having to spell it out with a badge. :D

I hope that came out right.

OK, front fender. As Tom said, traditional. Wouldn't want it too "outlaw".
After all the responses are in, I would expect a choice for the LEAST represented suggestion.
It IS an OUTLAW. :D

I like Vic's thought process on finally selection and placement. Very creative and in keeping with the Outlaw tradition! lol

Thanks guys for your input.....I made this script about seven years ago , shorty after purchasing 113546. I knew from the beginning, it was to be an outlaw...so I made the badge, put on shop wall, and got going. Well as I am sure that a lot of you know....projects like this, are not always on the priority list. So as time and the project progressed I came to really appreciate the classic design...and decided to keep the trim from distracting from the shape we all enjoy. So in that regard...I have to say...Vic, you are right....least represented suggestion. I have decided to go with Trevor.....and leave in on the shop wall.
Thanks,
Greg

I'd love to see the car in person, you should bring it out to Cars N Coffee in Irvine, CA sometime.

Cars N Coffee

#14 Post by Trevor Gates »

It's an informal gathering of car guys, usually 100 to 125 cars from 6~8:30 Saturday morning. It is located in between the 5 and 405 freeway split at the old Ford Design building parking lot. If you ever want to go send me a message and you can pick me up on your way through San Clemente. :D

Every thing you need to know:
It's a place where people with cool cars go in the early a.m. to hang with other car enthusiasts, drool on each other's ride, drink coffee and talk about. . . .
Now, no excuses why you can't go.
http://irvine.carsandcoffee.info/

Here's another fun early Saturday a.m. gathering. Primarily hot rods but the gathered faithful appreciate/enjoy cool 356's too.
If you're not there by 6, no place to park. By 8 the "show" is over.
