Beehive bezel engraving

#1 Post by James L Hussey »

Hi folks, new to the forums..
I recall seeing an outfit that can recreate the K numbers on beehive light bezels. No luck searching so far. Any leads appreciated, thanks!

Jose at Christensens Chrome Plating in Vernon, CA has someone that does the stamping.

Trophy shops can engrave the numbers preferably before plating, although that is not totally identical to stamping. I have seen it look quite nice however.

These are from Victor Miles in Ventura after the original stampings were buffed off in prep for replating. Christensen's did the chrome work, so Jose may have done the stamping.

As Mike Wilson recommended, go to Christensens Chrome Plating in Vernon, CA. They will repair, chrome and re-engrave the bezel.

I have used J Chadwick. Great results. I believe that is where Christensen sends their work.

Jose removes the chrome, sends them out for engraving then rechromes them. I refer to him as the "Tiffany's of Chrome".
