Hood hinge and bolt paint

I am having the hood straightened in front of the hinges.
While off, what color are the hinges and the bolts originally?
Mine are body color but it seems i read at one time they were all black.
Car is a 60 Cabrio, light ivory.

My painter is a real craftsman at this, he has done several for me.
This one has welds sticking up about 1/4 inch, he will make the problem disappear.

Regarding the colors of the hinges and bolts...
The part of the hinge closest to the hood are body-colored as are the bolts. The lower portion of the hinges and bolts are black.
