356 flapper box

#1 Post by Victor Villari »

What is the correct flapper box for a normal roadster made in April 1960? According to Pellow, it should be a single-flapper valve, and supers and super90's received the double-flapper valve boxes. Is this considered to be correct?
Thank you

As far as I know that is correct. Nice discussion here about double boxes. All the experts in this link agree Normal got single flapper boxes. And almost all or all S90 got double. Transition to Double in Supers is less clear. Harry says even 63 Normals got Single Flapper Boxes. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=36646
