Hub caps, disk brakes vs drum brakes

#1 Post by John Wurner »

A few years ago a couple were showing hub caps at the Lit show that
made a disk brake wheel look like a drum brake one.
Anyone remember who they were?
I would like to contact them if they are still in business.

I have seen pictures where someone custom built the flat hubcap with the earlier nipple welded in.

That may have been Steve Leiding out of Dayton. I know of two cars with them. A twin grill and a speedster. Speak up Robert.
If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.
