Correct Speedster soft top material?

Hi all,
Likely this has been discussed before.
I know the early Speedsters soft tops were vinyl material.
Did this same material continue through the full run of factory Speedsters.
If so, which vendor sells off the shelf soft tops, Stoddard or ?
