Can sun visors be restored?

I hear you. I am not anal enough either. All Thumbs. So another friend redoing his C did them for my C in exchange for some parts he needed using Tom's writeup.

Finally found a vendor to restore sun visors. Great quality upholstery work and will do sun visors
