Yes, the hex head is 14mm. It looks like 13mm in the photo, but when they showed up....WHAM...14mm. Yay!!

Oddly enough, if you buy three bags of four bolts, the shipping is free. If you buy a box of 25, there's a substantial shipping cost. It pays to only order in smaller quantities.
ALSO....they don't sell brass washers, but I found several other places that do in the US. Just google it...and presto!

But the Aliexpress bolts have a 13mm hex head not 14mm.

Chris, were this the ones from Ali or the US link you posted? Din 931 and 933 is now standard 13mm. We are getting ready to do these but no use to do so if a quality cheap alternative is out there

Yes, they are.
Ironically, I ordered them understanding they would have 13mm heads, but when they arrived "Bingo"...14mm heads. Oddly enough, it was free shipping for four bags of 3 bolts (totaling 12). But, when you order 25 bolts, they will charge you $35USD for shipping. I figure I'll most likely never need more than 12 bolts, even if I give some away,...but you just never know.

My '60 had this brass bolt, as well as a steel weld nut with a brass threaded insert.

Today I received the M8x20 14mm Hex head from Aliexpress.
I was reluctant to order from them because in the Spec's drawing it said 13mm head.
But like Chris said:
....WHAM...14mm. Yay!!
