Been away, for a bit. Thanks for all the comments. I thought about Ziebart-but the car doesn't have it. I thought a hole for one of those paintless dent repair guys...but not at this spot..The post above with the picture shows a red arrow-that IS the spot with the hole...I rubber plugged it with a nice firewall plug/grommet...Still am confused...
